Trong quá trình sử dụng sách tương tác trên học liệu số. Nếu quí phụ huynh và giáo viên gặp phải sự cố, vui lòng ấn vào biểu tượng báo lỗi hình con bọ ngay tại trang sách tương tác dể tiến hành báo lỗi trực tiếp:

Sau đó chọn loại phản hồi tương ứng, nhập mô tả và ấn vào nút gửi phản hồi
